Description

Used for: All Purposes, Bread, Meats, Fish, Fruits, and Vegetables

The perfect companion for preparing your packed lunch or at brunch. Thanks to its fine serrated edge, this utility knife not only cuts cleanly through rolls without tearing, but it is also suitable for vegetables, bread, small meats, fruit, or salami. This makes it an integral part of sandwich preparation and of the brunch table setting, ideally found alongside our Cheese Knife.

The knife is sharpened according to Wüsthof's PEtec technology. The cutting angle is calculated for each blade by means of a computer. Afterward, the blade is sharpened with laser precision on a wet sharpening stone. The result is a razor-sharp knife that is amazing to work with.

Wusthof's Gourmet line offers chefs and home cooks the perfect mix of quality and value. All pieces are laser-cut stamped and feature durable POM handles to meet your every need. The result is a knife that looks very similar to the knives from the Wusthof Classic series. But because of the production method, the Gourmet knives are considerably cheaper. Many users find the lower weight an advantage as well. The Gourmet series is very comprehensive so anyone can put together their ideal knife set. Your children can probably inherit your Wüsthofs.
