Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How will I receive updates about my order?

Email is our key mode of communication. All order updates will be emailed to the email address used to place the order. As a result, please give a valid email address when placing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For Cyprus, we strive to deliver all of our orders within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

I have received the wrong item. What should i do?

If you believe you have received an incorrect product(s), please keep the item(s) unused and in the original packaging and reach out to our Customer Support team at contact@vatiliotis.com

We will work with you to reship the correct product(s) or offer a refund. We may require a picture of the incorrect product that you have received and we will cover the cost of return shipping for that item.

My order is missing one or multiple items. What should I do?

Although every effort is made to pack your order carefully and correctly, occasionally an item may have been overlooked. If any part of your order is missing, please contact us immediately after receiving your order so that we can offer a solution for you.

Can you provide samples?

We do not offer product samples from our online store. We recommend purchasing a single piece or a lower pack quantity of the item before proceeding with larger volumes. You can visit our Nicosia or Paphos showrooms to view all of our products, or receive a paid sample.

Do you rent or sell used equipment?

We do not rent or sell used equipment.

Are the products shown in the website all the products you have?

No. We offer more than 6,000 individual items. Due to the heavy work load, we have not managed to upload everything to our online store. Please be patient as we will be adding items very regularly to the website until all items are available.

How do i navigate to my desired product?

You can use our product filters in the product page to navigate to your desired product. Just click on product filters>product type and filter as you wish!

In order to accomplish this, we employ SSL, which offers the best online security for sending your sensitive data. While placing a purchase on our website, SSL protects your data and ensures your privacy. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use our own delivery services, as well as courier partners. A pickup option is available upon checkout. You'll be asked to select delivery or pick up during checkout.

Once a return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary details. Items returned to our address before first requesting a return will not be accepted

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Do you ship overseas?

We do not ship overseas at the moment. The next step is offering worldwide shipping, so please bear with us until that option becomes available.
