A glove that protects you when you use very sharp knives. Comfortable and durable, it fits perfectly in the hand and ensures absolute freedom of movement. Suitable for either the right or the left hand.  Solid nylon fabric reinforced with fiberglass with protection class EN 388 CE, maximum cutting protection 5. This glove is low linting to prevent food contamination. Machine washable up to 30 degrees
