The 10cm Classic Boning has a long, thin, and flexible blade with a sharp tip to make piercing meat easier and safer. The Boning Knife is ideal for removing bones in pork, beef, or chicken.

The long narrow curved blade enables the knife to move cleanly along the bones for clean cuts while it is ultimately designed to cut through ligaments and connective tissue to remove raw meat from the bone.

Each knife in the Classic triple riveted series by Wusthof is forged in a 40-step process that begins with a single blank of high-carbon stainless steel to ensure outstanding strength. Each piece of Classic cutlery features a full tang that is triple-riveted to the handle, offering the user precision-level control.
