Afterward, the blade is sharpened with laser precision on a wet sharpening stone. The result is a razor-sharp knife that is amazing to work with.
This knife is perfect for hand-peeling fruit, vegetables, and potatoes. The short, curved blade is great for creating intricate cuts for decorative garnishes and for prepping small fruits. The blade is stainless steel and the knife is dishwasher safe.
