Wüsthof Poultry Shears 25cm

Description

These powerful shears are designed for skinning, cutting, and carving of chicken, turkey, duck, or goose. The ergonomically shaped handles provide a secure grip while the internal spring mechanism makes for easier cutting thanks to its auto opening feature. The thumb lever safety lock prevents accidental opening of blades to help protect against injuries. 

ADVICE: Poultry Shears do not have a cutting edge like scissors. You will need a pair of scissors to cut through soft poultry skin
