The Stainless Steel Wusthof Poultry Shears are the ideal tool for chicken, turkey, duck, or goose. The sharp, slightly curved stainless-steel blades are ideal for skinning, jointing and spatchcocking poultry as the Poultry Shears can easily get through thinner bones. An internal spring between the blades and the sturdy handles ensures fatigue-free working.  A locking clasp keeps the shears closed when not in use.
