Description

The Lacor nylon perforated spatula is a kitchen utensil that allows moist foods to be handled while excess liquid easily drains away through the slots or perforations formed in the blade. Often referred to as lifting spatulas, there are a variety of perforated spatulas available with each one built to serve different foods. Delicate items such as fried eggs or fish can require a wider or longer blade to allow the excess oils to drain away while holding the entire egg or filet on the spatula blade.

Lacor's Nylon series presents affordable and flexible kitchen tools. They are designed so that they do not scratch the dishes. They are also suitable for non-stick pans of all types, as the plastic does not scratch the non-stick coating which can be harmful if scratched.

Attention: Do not expose the plastic utensils to temperatures over 210ºC
