The Lacor bbq fork with thermometer features an easy-to-read LCD screen with LED lighting, as well as a choice of meat type: Beef, Lamb, Pork, Turkey, or Chicken and a choice of doneness level: Well done, Medium, Medium-rare, or Rare. The fork also has an automatic shutdown feature built in that shuts off after a period of non-use

Steak Temperatures: 

• Rare 60°C
• Medium rare 60–65°C
• Medium 65–70°C
• Medium well done 70°C
• Well done 75°C
