Description

Used for: All Purpose, Bread, Meats, Fish, Fruits, and Vegetables

The perfect companion for preparing your packed lunch or at brunch. Thanks to its fine serrated edge, this utility knife not only cuts cleanly through rolls without tearing, but it is also suitable for vegetables (such as firm tomatoes), fruit, or dry sausage. This makes it an integral part of sandwich preparation and of the brunch table setting, ideally found alongside our Cheese Knife.

The knife is sharpened according to Wüsthof's PEtec technology. The cutting angle is calculated for each blade by means of a computer. Afterward, the blade is sharpened with laser precision on a wet sharpening stone. The result is a razor-sharp knife that is amazing to work with.

Each knife in the Classic triple riveted series by Wusthof is forged in a 40-step process that begins with a single blank of high-carbon stainless steel to ensure outstanding strength. Each piece of Classic cutlery features a full tang that is triple-riveted to the handle, offering the user precision-level control. They also feature a full bolster and finger guard for optimal, comfortable use. Your children can probably inherit your Wüsthofs.
