Lacor Wide Pastry Brush 26cm

Description

When baking, use a pastry brush to apply egg wash or melted butter prior to cooking in the oven to give the end product a golden-brown crust. A pastry brush also can be used to grease a pan quickly and without making a mess.

The Lacor wide pastry brush is resistant to high temperatures and is ideal for spreading desserts with egg white or melted butter.

Precautionary Instructions: Handwash the brush immediately after use. Run the brush under warm water and gently scrub the bristles with dish soap. Look at the base of the brush, making sure no food remains where the bristles meet the handle. Rinse the brush with water and let it dry.
