The oval Lacor cast iron mini casserole combines both the advantages of cooking in a cast iron casserole with the lightness of a modern material, optimizing the diffusion of heat over the whole surface.  

It is made of highly die-cast aluminum that is very resistant to high temperatures. The construction material of the casserole ensures good conductivity and therefore a very fast increase in temperature but also an immediate stop from cooking when removed from the fire.

The mini cast iron casserole is compatible with all heating sources including induction. It is Ideal for browning, roasting, and simmering your preparations. The pins distributed inside the lid allow a "drop of water" effect to fall continuously on the food, allowing the flavor to be preserved as well as the softness of the ingredients. Eco-friendly non-stick coating without PTFE and PFOA.
